Program Description

B&J Beauty Lounge sends appointment-related text messages, including booking requests, confirmations, reminders, updates, and cancellation information.

Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile number when you request an appointment. A disclosure is shown directly below the mobile number field stating that, by providing your number, you agree to receive appointment-related texts from B&J Beauty Lounge, that consent is not a condition of any purchase, and that you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. There is no pre-checked box, and providing your mobile number is optional. You may also opt in verbally when booking by phone, after being told that a text confirmation will be sent for your appointment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Most customers receive one to four messages per appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive appointment text messages from this number unless you opt in again.
