Program Description

B&J Beauty Lounge sends appointment-related text messages, including booking requests, confirmations, reminders, updates, and cancellation information.

Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number during booking and checking the SMS consent box before submitting your appointment request. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be checked before the booking request can be submitted. You may also opt in verbally when booking by phone after being told that texts will be used for appointment confirmations and updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Most customers receive one to four messages per appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive appointment text messages from this number unless you opt in again.
